Why does it seem that the "other guy is always SMARTER?"

Having written my blog ... I was able to vent and then I chose not to include the details.

Leave it so say that in today's economy we work very hard to provide services at a price efficient price and yet the customer knowing that we like others are in need of work wants to further punish us for the lack of work available by pushing for more than we quoted to do.

We need as a group to push our representatives to make better choices, so we and our children, and their children will still have this wonderful free country to enjoy.

Hope you will enjoy the 4th of July and make a commitment to get involved in at the minimum your local government.

We didn't become FREE by not being involved!

We have to get involved.  Community forums, going to political events all very important.

Sounds like you did not have a pleasant experience. I know how you must feel as just got pushed myself.  Yes, we do all need to become active in our government. It is so important.  Happy Fourth of July to you and yours.

Thanks, Sonny.  With the Minnesota government shutdown, I think the people of this state "get it" this weekend.

There are too many that accept the staus quo , or think they can not make a difference. This is just not the case , involvement in the community can only educate it's citizens and make the necessary changes that are required

I was running numbers on a past project from years ago compared to today, and one of the things I noticed was that while some were be fair in their dealings on the old project others were not when it came to value of the work.  It sounds like someone is taking advantage of a situation.

Bottom is, we shouldn't take what we have for granted and definitely cannot disagree that we should be more involved in our government.

If there is to be a change it's up to us, individually and collectively.  The people we have blindly selected don't give a rip about anyone but themselves.
