Did you know that flowers are one of the best reasons to live in Murphy, NC?
Well they are certainly one of the best reasons.
There is nothing more relaxing or enjoyable than walking in the woods and finding all the different wildflowers or spending time in your own yard or garden planting flowers.

Here are three different flowers in honor the upcoming Hometown Celebration in downtown Murphy, NC  at Konehete Park this coming 4th of July.

There are so many beautiful flowers in the western NC, north GA and east TN mountains. Would you love to be surrounded by these flowers, mountains, lakes and rivers too? Visiting or wanting to move to the mountains...visit

Thanks for sharing the lovely and colorful flowers today!  My blue hydrangea should be popping out any time now and I can't wait!

You're welcome Sharon. Hydrangeas are one of my favorite flowers and I just took the photo of this one at Crane Creek Vineyards over in Young Harris, GA.

Carol, I'll bet you get some gorgeous flowing trees and bushes in your neck of the woods.  What are the little white bell looking flowers?  They remind me of Lilly's of the valley but in a different cluster...

I thought they were Lily of the Valley, Pamela. Okay, now I'm going to do a little more research.
