Charlotte, NC: I woke up yesterday and realized that the year was half over! What the heck happened? And an intense ,challenging and amazing year it has been so far. I can complain...half the people who hear me don't care and the other half are glad it's not them!
We were having a calling blitz in our office and decided to call back everyone we had done business with this year and thank them for their help in getting us this far. Here's the script...from the heart:
"Hello______________this is Eileen over here at Keller Williams. How are you? How's the house? the kids? new job ( whatever your know about them) I woke up this morning and realized that the year is half over. I really want to thank you for your business this year. You were great to work with. We have had a good year so far and we want to do as well or even better the second half to finish the year with a bang. Since you just came through the home buying/selling process, Do you know anyone who may be considering a move? Anyone at work, friends, family? Thank you for taking a minute to think about that. Please remember if there is ever anything I can do to help you, you know you just need to call. We know vendors in all kinds of industries and we can be a resource for you if you need some help.Thanks again, Bye"
This script works well for Realtors in Charltte or anywhere but it will work in any profession where lead generation and customer retension is important...turns out it is important in all of them.
