There have been some great buys this season in Indian Wells. This particular home sold for $475,000 and is one of the most uniquely decorated, contemporary, small homes in the Indian Wells neighbor. Indian Wells is the center of the Desert together with its next door neighbor Palm Desert. Indian Wells is know for its resorts and its famous Indian Wells Tennis Gardens where the BNP Paribas Open takes place in March.
One of the amenities available to Indian Wells residents is the newer Indian Wells Golf Country Club and Restaurant which surrounds and is nestled in between the Hyatt and Renaissance Esmeralda Hotels.
The real estate business was so active this May and June that we ran out of good properties. Property owners who had their homes on the market during the first quarter and took them off in April missed some cash buyers. We were working with qualified buyers through the month of June and probably showed nearly every home priced under $750,000.
