Split Rail Community - Sun City Mesquite Nevada is an active adult community for 55 + residents. Within the Pulte master community are several subdivisions - and each neighborhood has it's own personality, Split Rail is one of the first 2 completed. The amenities included in the low HOA fee of $120 are one of the reasons that so many people are buying a second home or retirement home in Nevada.

Homes for sale in Split Rail began in June 2007 with the grand opening of Sun City Mesquite 55 + Community - with many homes completed by the end of the year. With several of the highest elevation premium lots, and only 114 home sites, this neighborhood sold out quickly. Both Series 2 and Series 3 floorplans in Sun City were offered on these exclusive lots, resulting in a nice mix of several different kinds of homes with attractive elevations, some gated courtyards and some lovely custom swimming pools.

Hi Dale, Thanks, Split Rail subdivision is one of the best neighborhoods in the Community - right near the Pioneer Recreation Center and the views from these homes are excellent - it is pretty high up in elevation.
