from my experience, the biggest hurdle a renter must overcome is the feeling they can't prepare -- lots of worry about job security these days and that's understandable -- still, with focus on the client's goals and doing the right thing for each individual, there are opportunities for us all -- adapt and overcome!


btw -- editing police prefer "whether"
