Age old argument in Real Estate, whether to buy or rent. The answer of couse always depends on your individual situation. This link may be helpful to you. http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/business/buy-rent-calculator.html

Today's Real Estate market place is filled with incredible bargains for buyers who are ready. Lending rates are at all time lows combine that with the current Market opportunities and it is hard to sit on the sidelines. Times like these do not come by often in ones life.

from my experience, the biggest hurdle a renter must overcome is the feeling they can't prepare -- lots of worry about job security these days and that's understandable -- still, with focus on the client's goals and doing the right thing for each individual, there are opportunities for us all -- adapt and overcome!

btw -- editing police prefer "whether"
