First for the buyers;

for buyers purchasing primary residences fannie mae will pay 3.5% of the purchase price toward YOUR closing costs!

Also, just a reminder here, it's only a 3% downpayment, AND because of the fannie mae "FIRST LOOK" policy, you get first crack at the properties, as investors can not make an offer over the first 15 days.

See that web address up there? well check it out!

Next for the (selling) Realtors;

fannie mae will pay an additional $1200 bonus to the selling Realtor

that's $1200...extra

Warning!

make sure you check the site and write the contract correctly.

transactions must close by October 31st

Okay, here's what we've got;

3.5% buyer closing cost assistance

Thank you for the reminder.  The first look policy give our owner occupied first time buyers a fair chance without the competition of the all cash buyers.  Love the buyers closing cost and bonus to the agent also.

Rosemary,

thanks, i always consider reblogging a compliment.

Christina,

you're welcome. i agree that "first look" is a nice feature. it gives the first time buyers a clean shot, without investor interference. at least for the first 15 days.

thanks,

jay
