Le Vallauris’ Sumptuous Summer Celebration
Le Vallauris celebrates 37 years of culinary excellence with special prix-fixe menu.
When it comes to glamour and history, few desert restaurants can boast the reputation established by Le Vallauris. The popular Palm Springs dining gem concludes its 37th season with a month-long culinary fete featuring a delectable three-course prix-fixe menu ($46 per person, plus tax and gratuity) as a way to thank loyal patrons and visitors for almost four decades of support.
“We created our special Summer Celebration Menu to close out the season by thanking the community and to offer our dining guests a thrilling dining experience of fine French cuisine while providing a value-added, affordable cost,” said owner Paul Bruggemans.
An AAA Four-Diamond Award-winner, Le Vallauris offers its celebratory menu effective through July 4, the last day before Le Vallauris’ annual summer closing.
“We invite our friends, neighbors and visitors to come spend an evening of fun and celebrate the close of the season with us in our air-cooled scenic patio,” Bruggemans added.
The “Summer Celebration Menu,” available every day but Saturday, features a tempting three-course menu created by Executive Chef Jean Paul Lair. Chef Lair, renowned for his extraordinary French cuisine, discriminating palate, and insistent demand for the highest quality ingredients available, will change the menu frequently based on seasonal availability.
The first course will have a choice or four or five options. The main course will offer diners a selection of four stellar entrees, followed by a final course with three sensational desserts artfully crafted by Pastry Chef Laurent Dellac. Selections of the Summer Celebration Menu include:
