The Best Kind of Problem: Almost out of Listings!
I'm back from the long holiday weekend, and faced with the best kind of problem a Realtor can have. It's true, I'm almost out of listings! In the past month, I've had several homes go under contract.
My adorable listing on Benton Looper Rd. in Monterey closed on Friday. Listed and closed in less than 40 days!
My foreclosure on 200 Penny Lane in Sparta is SOLD.
My listing on South Creek Rd in Cookeville is Under Contract.
The big beautiful house I have listed on Brookstone Drive in Cookeville is also Under Contract!
This week, I'll be actively looking for new homes to list. Even though the market is down considerably overall, there are still houses selling. People who are afraid to list their home for sale should take heart! If there were a better inventory of available homes, I think even more would be selling. I have a list of buyers that I haven't been able to find homes for.
