Nick - The full basement is helpful. We don't have a large selection of basement homes like some parts of the country. This one is also located in a very popular and convenient part of town.

Carla, to me, basements are a real plus and I've lived in areas of the country where they are pretty much standard issue, but here in Alabama they are far and few between.

Donna - Thank you. Our market has slowed down a bit but, we're hoping for a sale soon.

 

Nick - Basements were are interesting. Of the ones we do have, some are unfinished used for storage and then some are gorgeous extensions of the home. It would be interesting to hear how basements are valued in other states. Even finished basements are only given a percentage of the value the main and 2nd floor receive.
