OktoberFest Carnvial WinnersBloggers were Listing homes and condos while blogging and advertising for their Seller's.

The Realtors had a challenge to add photos, videos and neighborhood information while making sure to describe and title each of their photos.

Not an easy trick while keeping the reader entertained and informed.

It's always important to read the rules and make sure that you follow the instructions as well as to read prior winning Carnivals Contestants.

We have a First Place Winner, Second Place Winner and a tie for Third Place.

I wish to thank all those that participated and took the time to enter. The more you enter, the more you learn so that next time...you might be one of the selected winners.

We had a good time with this Carnival during a festive time of year with the Fall colors, the German Oktoberfest and Halloween just around the corner...hope you had fun, too.

Be sure to read and find out about this starter home in Springfield, take the video tour and learn a little something about the neighborhood, the restaurants, a farm to pick your own fruit. I even learned that this is the birthplace of Basketball.

This winning article about Mount Pleasant in South Carolina has videos, well positioned photos and keeps the reader intrigued with the story line, and the neighborhood while advertising a lovely home. Suspense about the tree kept me on the edge of my seat...see if it's the same for you. Very nice job and very enjoyable reading!

Yes she does- Gena works hard to make it all happen and she deserves to be recognized for it!

Lucky is also a great supporter also- he is very supportive in Listings by address. I read all of his positive feedback given and he really is a team player!

Chris & Maria, I'm glad that you will go to each of the bloggers and read their winning posts. It's so helpful to get support by comments when you are new and just won a Carnival. It may sound really dumb but my biggest reward is seeing the growth in each of the bloggers. It sort of like watching your child take their first step...overwhelming. That's my reward! I get about as excited as they do.

Maureen, you are absolutely right. I am so lucky to have Lucky helping me. He is not only a great individual who is level headed and talented but he is supportive and someone that I would consider a friend.  He is definitely a team player and someone you can count on!

Roberta, ah yes the homeowners should be thrilled and hopefully they will soon be taking their money to the bank!!

Hi Gena, WOW, have many times today can I say THANK YOU GENA?  I want to apologize fist for starting putting my listing on your group without READING all the guidelines first, it will not happen again (at least I will make every effort to not screw up again :).

This is a great group and it has given me such good feed back to take to my sellers, which is just a side part of the good people and ways your group helps.

You are very lucky to have Lucky Lane, what a nice man!  He spent over an hour with me today on the phone.  He was very helpful, courteous, and diplomatic.  Lucky took time while on vacation to give me invaluable help about not just your group but AR in general.  THANK YOU AGAIN FOR SHARING LUCKY WITH ME!  He is a gem.

Congratulations on your 15 million dollar buyer...learned a lot about you today also :)  Lucky had nothing but great things to say about you, but I'm sure you already know he is a big fan of yours, as I am now also.  I will be editing and resubmitting the listings I screwed up on to your group, it is powerful and I will "play nice"

As you know I am new to AR, and bloging, Internet, etc., but have learned so much already from this group.  After having worked in real estate for 32 years, I now have a great team in place and more time to spend on things like this.  Guess it's never too late to teach an old dog some new tricks.  Looking forward to getting to know you better, and reading more of your blogs and learning from you.  If I can ever do anything for you, please just let me know.

Thankj you Liz. I chose Lucky Lang after many conversations and almost a year of reading and watching how he operates. Lucky Lang is an asset to our group and gives of himself time and time again.

I realize that you are new to blogging however here in AR points are given for comments as well as blog articles...but no points are given for the individual help that we extend on the phone with the members. This is something that I feel gives our group more "stickiness" and each person helps by commented on each other so that we help one another and give back. I ask that in turn you help by commenting and helping others just like Lucky helped you.

You have done a remarkable job and can't wait to see one of your Carnival blog articles...looking forward to it.
