What a beautiful post. And isn't summer time the BEST time to do this?
Gary-Well that is being done in my case in MANY ways and it thanks in large part to some wonderful caring ladies. We all need to be more proactive and less reactive. We all need to be the change we want to see in the world. We can all do it if we make the choice to.

I always say whenever you feel sorry for your lot in life just go out and volunteer to help others. Somehow your lot in life becomes less important. Nothing...Nothing.....matters more than helping others.
You are right volunteering always makes an individual feel better they are not only helping others but helping themselves.
There is so much all around us that we can do. Even if we only help one person, it can make a tremedous difference. Good reminder.
Too many people just sit on the sidelines & watch. You have to get out there and DO. Shutup, stand up & just do it. Help someone out, do what's right.
There are many great causes that could use more helping hands. It benefits all involved and creates positivity where it is often lacking! Great words Gary!
Very good reminder, Gary, sometimes I get overwhelmed thinking about how much there is to do... I need to just pick something I can do now and HELP.

Great post Gary. Summer months is when lots of help are needed. Some organization needs helping hand, others need financial help.
Gary, it's a disease; get ready, get ready, get ready.....................I strive to remember that the pain of discipline weighs OUNCES and the pain of regret weighs TONS! Get into Action............I think I'm speaking to myself!
Nice motivation...as always! My daughter has that saying on a charm around her neck, and she lives it.
Love the picture Gary. Hopefully they keep that willingness when they reach adults.
Always great reminders of how to live life, thanks for getting me out always thinking real estate and business.
Gary,
Very symbolic given this past holiday. Being engaged instead of isolated is the name of the helping hand of change... g
I was telling someone today that my business model has changed and for the first time in my career I am so focused on first time home buyers. It feels so great to be helping young people make good decisions about their first home and make sure they get a good loan and a good rate. I'm lovin it.
Love the photo Gary and we should as you say, "be the change you want to see in the world" and live by example - words are just words, good actions are what's required. Thanks for the reminder!
Gary, I think Kris says it so well, but God Bless You for always speaking your truth in a remarkable and quiet but powerful manner.
