Useful site for new home owners

Zipvo has a sister company called DailyHomeOwner, www.dailyhomeowner.com.  The site should be useful for your clients that are moving into new areas with Move in/Move out tools.  A patent pending idea that helps consumers BEFORE, DURING and AFTER a property transaction. The site will give them contact information for their utitlities as well as information about local businesses, local sex offenders, crime statistics, SAT & MCAS results, local libraries & schools, and so much more. 

I'd be interested in getting any feedback on the site.
