Joanne:  What an incredible looking home.  I love the setting, as well.  I am sure it won't take very long until some happy family makes this house their new home.

I watched the entire video.  The rear decking was just incredible... and all the trees... so peaceful.  I did not see the price listed anywhere.  How much is this lovely home selling for, and how much land goes with it ?

Thanks Karen, I think it's a great home as well. It actually went under contract within the first 24 hours of being listed. I wish they all worked like this. It was listed at $368,000 and has .082 acres. The deck was definitely made for entertaining and is fabulous. Hope you have a great weekend!
