Slow Brokers Open yesterday.  There was a house listed about 10 % below area comps and they had multiple offers on it by day's end.  Pricing equals many buyers.

  Some good news about today's youth. A Compton high school basketball player wins $40,000 in a half time free throw shooting contest.  He gives it all away to fellow students who need financial assistance to attend college. How about that?
