Weld County Sales

June Property Sales were 312, down 3.1% from 322 in June of 2010 and 1.0% higher than the 309 sales last month. June 2011 sales were at their lowest level compared to June of 2010 and 2009. June year-to-date sales of 1,522 are running 6.4% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 1,626.

Weld County Prices

The Median Sales Price in June was $178,250, up 2.1% from $174,543 in June of 2010 and up 1.0% from $176,500 last month. The Average Sales Price in June was $195,145, up 4.1% from $187,524 in June of 2010 and up 3.2% from $189,070 last month. June 2011 Average Sales Price was at a mid range compared to June of 2010 and 2009.

Weld County Inventory

The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of June was 1,578, up 6.7% from 1,479 last month and down 9.9% from 1,752 in June of last year. June 2011 Inventory was at its lowest level compared with June of 2010 and 2009. The Days On Market (DOM) for June was 90, down 1.1% from 91 days last month and up 11.1% from 81 days in June of last year. The June 2011 DOM was at a mid level compared with June of 2010 and 2009.
