VA Mortgages

minimum credit score 620, no downpayment required, no monthly mortgage insurance, the seller can pay your closing costs.

USDA/Rural Housing

minimum credit score, well, 620; no downpayment required, no monthly mortgage insurance (at this time), the seller can pay your closing costs or they can finance up to 3%, if the appraisal will bear it.
