Canyon Creek Second Quarter sales in 2011 are up 16% compared to 2008. The average sold price is down 7.14% and average days on market are down 2.56%. Consider this: we slide into the tank in 2008, we hit bottom in 2009 and in 2010 we showed signs of improving market conditions.  Our 2011 market, so far, has exhibited signs of increased stability and strength.
