It even feels good to read about the selfless acts that occur. Thank you Al & Peggy for sharing...it makes a person want to go out and be kinder!
Al & Peggy, Proof positive that it works :)
It is great to see a positive result from something you did. Little things mean a lot more than most people think.
Al & Peggy,
You really do model this as a lifestyle. Thanks for sharing it forward (smile).

One kind act often spurs another...good way to pay it forward despite holding heavy bags yourselves.
Nothing brings more happiness than doing something for someone else! Paying it forward is the best way to be happy!
Al and Peggy good behavior often produces more good behavior.
Missed the two of you the last few days.
Hi Al and Peggy,
Never hurts to be the good guys (even with heavy bags) ... At some time and in some way by making other people's day, it will benefit you in the future....
Al and Peggy, you got to watch the fruits of your actions immediately... wow. I know what you mean, just joining this group has raised my level of awareness of the people around me.
Al & Peggy, having many elder relatives, I practice it frequently! My patience and understanding for the elderly is inbred!
Al and Peggy,
That's great to see your effort being replicated like that.

My wise old grandmother taught me to open the door for ladies, and I still do that. It’s an unknown skill here in San Diego, and I really get some interesting stares from some people, from guys because I was nice to their lady, and from ladies who want me to know that they are very capable of opening the door themselves. I keep doing it anyways.
I grew up in Southern California so I never learned how to open doors for other people. We’ve always had electric doors. You get anywhere near them and they open automatically!
Generosity is definitely contagious. It is amazing how such a small act of kindness can make someone's day
Al & Peggy, now that's the way it's supposed to work...one kind act begets another...good for you guys.
Thanks for sharing. I love to hear these stories and know these are everyday acts for you!
Good evening Al & Peggy. Gosh, sorry to be such a stranger. It seems as if we are posting at different times of the day. You are right about random acts of kindness tho...
Did they have those bumper stickers in Canada that said “Practice Random Acts of Kindness”? I think I got one way back in 1978 for my first car.
