            The June statistics for the great Phoenix Metropolitan area (MSA) are in for June and things are still improving!!!  Sales prices are up, listing prices are up, sales are up, listings are down!!!!!


            There is currently an average of only 2.62 months supply of active inventory.  Many areas are seeing "bidding wars" with multiple offers being seen on each home for sale in the Phoenix area.


            What does all of this mean to you, the Phoenix area home buyer?  If you compare this to the 2004-2005 market, the current inventory and marketing times are lower than during that time period.
