Jeff:  Great blog!  So much information.  I never knew those distances you included, pretty neat to know.  How long did this blog take you?  The one I did this morning took me about 45-60 minutes.  Time for a nap before a holiday party tonight.  Enjoy your weekend.

Your friend,

Nima

Nima..... thanks for the compliment. In regards to the distances, for the most part, Philly is centrally located to more than what so many people would even think of. And growing up with friends, I would always suggest going into Philly and they would say...awe, it's too far.  lol  I'm sorry, but it would take 15 to 20 minutes from where we lived. And where I live now, in Haddonfield, New Jersey ..., I am about 10 minutes away.

How long did this take?  Not sure, because I stop and started several times today. Maybe a solid 70 minutes.

Have fun tonight. We had our company party last evening, at the Aquarium, and it was awesome. Eating with the fishes was very cool.

Linda..... Thanks for that awesome comment. And thanks for the compliment also, but I don't think I would make a good actor.

And before anyone says anything....  I missed one major thing.

The Spirit of Philadelphia.......    I remembered to do this when I was 90% done and I didn't feel like redoing this whole post. I would have had to redo the pictures.... and maybe I will put this in the middle at another time.

Jeff you make the Area very appealing. I also like the distances chart; it was always fun to go to Philly when I lived in the DC area. I always loved the history of the City of Philadelplhia.

Little more can be said about Philly after reading the series.  I'll bet you are tired but more knowledgeabe abut your hometown after completing this project.

This "project" should be a requirement for a real estate licensee.  Above all, we should be ambassadors of goodwill to our hometowns. If a Realtor can't rattle off the basic info you provided to a relocating buyer...then...they really don't have any value.

jeff, I agree that was a very ineresting and wel written series. You should present it to the chamber of commerce as well. It's probably better than what they have.

If anyone has any other ideas about sending these as a series of blogs into the new papers, the local TV, copy righting these and anything else, I would greatly appreciate and help, contacts, and or feedback. Ravi had sent me something and Rob was looking into something.

By the way Rob... anything?  ;o)

Jeff - it is mind-boggling how much work you put into these posts!  I think it's smart the way you end it with links to the rest of the series.

You should try to get a write-up in the Philadelphia Inquirer and get some publicity for yourself.
