What the graph tells you about Central Ohio homes for sale
This graph shows you the amount of inventory available, how many months supply there is. It shows you the inventory (homes for sale) for a 15 month period.
The graph is well marked.
The numbers across the bottom are months. This example graph is for fifteen months through April 2011.
I do Central Ohio real estate market reports monthly. They usually start to be available around the 7th or 8th of the month. I do not do this graph, the homes for sale graph each month. I do home sales with the green bar graph approximately every three months. I do home prices market reports with a line graph about every three months.

Market reports for Big Walnut Local Schools, Buckeye Valley Local Schools, Olentangy Local Schools, Columbus, Ohio 43240 (the Polaris area), Lewis Center, Ohio 43035, Powell, Ohio 43065, Westerville, Ohio 43082 are on S Delaware Co Homes. Dublin, Ohio is harder to categorize part is in Delaware County, part is in Franklin County a bit is in Union County... homes in the City of Dublin and Hilliard schools... it's complicated.
Worthington Ohio real estate - the Worthington City School District
