Judd builders built new construction called Ivyland Village comprising single homes and townhomes Circa 2003. It had strict requirements so that the homes did not detract from the style of Ivyland homes. Some of the models are Ash, Birch,Cherry,Dogwood .

Ivyland Boro is located in Centennial School district

I looked up the mls for market evaluation of a home in Ivyland Village.

There were 4 homes that sold in last six months.they were marketed for an average of 79 days. the lowest sale price was $369,900 and highest sale price was $$420,000.
