SUMMARY
The current inventory level for South Riding decreased to 73 active listings. With 3 new listings and 8 homes which went under contract last week, receiving contracts with an average 55 days on the market. 2 homes sold and went to record with an average net of 100% and 59 days on the market. Looking back over the past 5 weeks which had sold homes the average net to list price has been 100%, 96.3, 96.9%, 96.4%, and 97.0% for an averag of 97.3%.
