You have to separate yourself from the rest of the herd if you're going to be successful. Targeting these niche markets is a good way to do that.

Rose is my favorite flower. I have an old rose bush that is a Joseph's Coat, it has been moved for 2 generations and probably moved 6 or 7 times. I have several others, but I didn't maintain them this year. Too many ballgames.
