Well everyone seems to be talking about how slow real estate is so I'm gonna go out in the world and meet people and not sit in the office talking to other real estate agents.  We went on a field trip to Shelby Farms today with my daughters Kindergarten class from Central Baptist School. That is one of the Memphis area's true treasures....why do we never manage to go there although it is literally around the block? I'll have to remember to show my relocating clients the plethera of lakes, tons of trails and scenic hiking areas. I think it certainly rivals any park in the country. I do wish they would update their playground equipment but we had a blast throwing rocks, stomping in puddles and meeting new friends at a new school. Another attraction that we love to visit in the fall is Priddy's Pumpkin Patch on Germantown Rd. It is just 5 minutes North of Wolfchase but seems like it's out in the country and it is the best family value around at only $5 per child. We are headed there next week.
