I was out with friends last night having dinner and watching and dancing to my favorite Denver cover band, Hot Posse.  One of the couples we were with have been trying to buy a home in BOURBONNAIS, ILLINOIS.

They worked with a Realtor from the area and were very unhappy.  The agent did not help them one bit.

They asked me if I could find them a good full time Realtor in this area.  I told them my friends at Active Rain were sure to know someone who could provide a high level of service to my friends.

If anyone knows of a good Realtor in this part of South Chicago, please let me know.

Will - good luck on finding the right agent to assist your friends.  I have sent two ActiveRain referrals by researching them on ActiveRain - then making a phone call to talk with them about how they work with clients.  Both of my referrals were listings - so I wanted to know how them marketed their listings and I checked them out.  It was a great experience.  Again, good luck!
