What Is Toastmasters? Toastmasters International is a world leader in communication and leadership development. The Toastmasters educational program consists of two tracks --a communication track and a leadership track. Members are encouraged to participate in both tracks simultaneously. Awards are given upon completion of each level leading up to the highest award, Distinguished Toastmaster, DTM.
