June Property Sales were 426, down 17.4% from 516 in June of 2010 and 3.6% higher than the 411 sales last month. June 2011 sales were at their lowest level compared to June of 2010 and 2009. June year-to-date sales of 1,867 are running 12.4% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 2,131.
The Median Sales Price in June was $233,450, down 2.7% from $240,000 in June of 2010 and up 3.8% from $225,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in June was $273,304, down 2.4% from $279,897 in June of 2010 and up 3.1% from $265,105 last month. June 2011 Average Sales Price was at a mid range compared to June of 2010 and 2009.ale as of June was 2,762, up 15.2% from 2,397 last month and up 3.1 from 2,679 in June of last year.
The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of June was 2,762, up 15.2% from 2,397 last month and up 3.1% from 2,679 in June of last year. June 2011 Inventory was at its highest level compared with June of 2010 and 2009. The Days On Market (DOM) for June was 81, down 10.0% from 90 days last month and up 8.0% from 75 days in June of last year. The June 2011 DOM was at a mid level compared with June of 2010 and 2009.
