Things to do in Cary by the Cary Concierge...Time for Three Posted by The Cary Concierge in Cary NC, Events, Family Activities, Music, Performing Arts

What do you get when you combine two violins, a double bass, three friends, and a passion for music?  Time for Three!  Time for Three started out as friends just playing together for fun when they were at Philadelphia's Curtis Institute for Music.  Zachary De Pue and Nicolas Kendall rock out on the violin while Ranaan Meyer hold the beat on double bass.  They each brought their mixture of tastes and styles to form a unique sound involving bluegrass, classical, country western, jazz, blues, and so on.  There is a bit of every element in their work.

We welcome Time for Three at the Koka Booth Amphitheatre on July 16th at 7:30pm.  The gates open at 5pm.  After playing some original compositions, the group will be closing with Stravinsky's one of kind Firebird Suite.  Fireworks follow the performance as usual.  Bring the whole family out to hear a new kind of energetic bluegrass.

I didn't know they did fireworks at regency after every show! This sounds so awesome, such a variety of music from three men who play in total just two different instruments! I'm already impressed, I know they'll get a big turnout, people love this. Thank you so much for highlighting these gentlemen.
