Hello Shannon~ It's well priced and it's a good value.

Hi Sergio~ The price is right.  I'm sure it won't take long for a well qualified buyer to make an offer.

Hi Melissa~ I love the somewhat "retro" look of the front of the unit.  I'm sure I'm not the only one!

Donna - this end unit townhome for sale in Douglas County, CO doesn't look like a typical "HUD home."  From the photo, it looks like the yard slopes down - is there a walk out basement?

HUD HomesHi Juli~ Here's a photo of the rear of the townhouse.  It shows the garage door.  The finished basement is located behind the garage.  So it's "sort of" a walkout!  :-)

Donna, That is a good looking HUD home. Some of the ones I've seen are not so pretty! The best to you in getting it SOLD quickly!

It's true Wanda.  Some HUD homes are in disrepair and need work.  The homes are inspected before the go on the market, so the potential buyer has an opportunity to read the preliminary inspection report before scheduling a showing.  No time wasted!
