As the weather continues to push 100 degrees, many folks are wishing they had a pool to jump into and unfortunately, their neighborhood doesn't have one. You will be pleased to know that Cary has a pool for you. Actually, I have located several opportunities to swim and will write on them throughout this HOT spell.
Today, we will feature the TAC - The Triangle Aquatic Center located right here in Cary near the Interstate 40 at Exit 291 and across from Cary's largest shopping mall, Cary Towne Center. Actual the address is 275 Convention Drive, Cary 27511. (You can see the sign for the TAC behind the Sears department store from the mall parking lot).
I was excited to see this fabulous 72,000-square foot complex because my daughter was swimmer for many years. The facility has three pools - a 50-meter competition pool, a 25-yard program pool and a warm water instructional pool. There is seating capacity for 1000! And if that isn't enough, they have a full-service café, a well-stocked swim shop, and more etc.! There's even a drop-off zone for swimmers.

But I haven't finished yet!! They actually have worry-free party packages that include a private party room and exclusive use of a pool for an hour. Check out their information at www.triangleaquatics.org/programs/party.
And on these hot days, if you are not a member you can go one time or buy a pass for as many times as you want. There is even a 10-day pass available. See their website for the cost. It will bring a smile to your face and be fun for the family. And wait until you see all the little rugrats running around. It's just fun to watch them have fun!
Check it out - you will be glad you did. www.triangleaquatics.org.

Nice highlight for something to do in Cary, especially since it might be over 100 this week! I'm sure everyone's seeking a good pool in the area, and this sounds phenomenal! Thanks for sharing with us.
For those of us who don't have pools right in our backyard or a community pool at our disposal, this is an excellent facility to utilize in the hot summer days. It's not too far away from home, either! I've been there for a party, and the pools are huge! There are tons of interactive things for children, too. Love it.
