Emcee, I am working with a couple that plans to retire next year and they loved the first house they saw, but realized that they need to check all their options.  They are looking again today at house #10 and we will be writing a contract on it today.  So buyers never, never stop at house #1 keep looking and you may or may not settle on the first house.

The first house has some kind of mystical "love me" power to buyers, doesn't it Rebecca?  For some reason, buyers always want to stop at the first house and have to be convinced to keep looking at a few more. It's always worth it though, isn't it?
