As we all know times aren’t great right now is the Real Estate Industry. New Housing Starts remain low Nation Wide and there are many areas of the country were houses are still selling for less than 50% of their former value. The market here in the Pulaski Lake Cumberland area is down too – that’s the bad news. The good news is our prices haven’t dropped nearly as far as a lot of places.

Traditionally our prices are lower than most areas of the nation. The current adjustments in prices have made buying here and holding value in what you buy an extremely attractive proposition. Many markets are filled with REO’s reposed homes that are generally in bad condition, because they have set on the market for an extremely long time. Here you may buy an REO or you might choose a reasonably priced new home or a home that’s been priced right by the seller. We certainly have a lot of both.
