Los Angeles based KB Home open first solar-powered neighborhood in the Antelope Valley, “Arroyo”. These homes start in the 200,000’s and come with three different solar plans. These solar plans range from 1.3 megawatt to over 3 megawatts and can save the owner hundreds of dollars off their energy bill.
The homes are ranches on a haft acre and are located in Lancaster. Models include 3 to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 car garages and other amenities. Floor plans ranging in size from about 1,800 square feet to over 3,000, that’s a big home.
