Recently the broker I am with has brought in a company that specializes in real estate videos. It is a great tool, but sometimes I worry that the buyer will see too much and not call with questions. I am always trying to balance the information I give be it verbal, written or visual. But the idea is great!

I am sorry for the late respond, this email was on junk mailbox. I am glad I went there before deleting. Yes, I do have someone that did it for me. They are doing great job and they used to do pictures for my listings. Now pictures and videos. Prices are very good and resuts are great.

Pricing is different for every house/condo. This you have to talk with him.I find it really interesting and a very good way of getting leads. Imagine these buyers from out of the state being able to see it like they are actually walking inside......
