SHANNON - That is the current membership in the Austin Board of Realtors.  I have no idea how many of those are actively working in real estate.  I have a feeling that many of them are just stealing a transaction or two each year from those of us who have this as our livelihood.

JOSHUA - Absolutely!  Send them to me and I will promptly pay you a referral fee upon closing.

MISSY - I also like the $300K homes, which is about where my own home is.

TOM - Glad you liked it - send me some buyers!

SHARON - The values are a bit astounding, especially considering the quality of life and the natural beauty of the area.  I will send you a contract for the castle home soon. :)

TONI - Sounds good.  Give me a call.  My cell phone is the best number - 512-796-7653.  I will warn you that my partner showed this home to some buyers and the yard is pretty small.  Otherwise, it is a great home.  Would you be available on Friday?  I am booked Saturday.

Jason I've been busy as heck here.   I will be coming back soon and hope to meet you and see some stuff then.  Austin is fabulous! I am staying in Lost Pines and I don't want to go home.

TONI - I wondered what happened to you but I figured you were just busy.  That sounds great - just let me know when you will be back in the Austin area, and we can get together.  Lost Pines is very nice - I have heard several good reports about it.  Thanks for the update!
