One of the finest Restaurant in the Napa Valley of California is the Boon Fly Cafe. Located in the heart of the Carneros Wine Country this unique Restaurant sets side by side with the famous Carneros Inn.

I have had the great pleasure to dine at the Boon Fly Cafe and enjoy one of their delicious Flatbreads... and one of their irresistible baked Smores.

The Boon Fly Cafe is named after a Carneros Pioneer whose actual given name was Boon Fly. He had the vision to plant vineyards and orchards in the Carneros Region in the early 19th Century.

Boon Fly Cafe is open in the morning for great coffee, fresh juices and house baked breakfast items - including their signature Boon Fly donuts. The Cafe also offers tasty lunches and dinners on the premises or packed to go. All of their menus feature modern rustic cuisine based on the agricultural heritage of the region.

Open Daily from 7am - 9pm.

Breakfast: 7am - 9pm
Brunch: 7am - 11am
Mid Day: 3pm - 5pm
Lunch: 11am - 3pm
Dinner: 5pm - 9pm

Rebecca, I agree the Napa Valley is such a great place to visit. If you are out this way another great place to check out is the Napa Valley Wine Train. They have great lunch and dinner menus as you tour the Wine Country by Train. They offer Wine Tasting on the Train from some of the most awesome local Wineries!

Steve, The Boon Fly Cafe does have that relaxing atmosphere and really does have great food. Just like they advertise...
