That's right, free money from the state of Minnesota to residents who contribute to a political campaign or candidate for State Level offices.

The Political Campaign Refund will pay you up to $50 per person ($100 per married couple) per year if you donate to a political candidate or party in Minnesota (not federal level offices).  It doesn't matter if it is an election year or not.  It's a great way to support democracy!  All you need is a receipt from the candidate or party and the form, called the PCR - Political Campaign Refund  For more information on the program you can visit the Minnesota Dept of Revenue PCR website   To find out who represents you in St. Paul, visit the Minnesota State Legislature
