Great reading list. I like Ken Blanchard books I came across his books while searching for books to improve my management style.

You might be interested to know about the Young Entrepreneur Society from the <a href="http://www.YoungEntrepreneurSociety.com">www.YoungEntrepreneurSociety.com</a>. An entertaining documentary about successful entrepreneurs.
