Hmmm, going to Bloomingdale's tomorrow-they have my most favorite frozen yogurt-thanks for the incentive!

Julie:  Reward yourself with your favorite treat today.

Hannah:  The first step is admitting you have a problem, LOL!

Patricia:   Nope, nothing fat free or yogurt about it.  Yes, it was delish!

Roger:  :)

Joanna:  Enjoy it!

Dee:  I've never seen that symbol before, LOL!  That's great!

Lou:  Yes, only two...had I stayed longer, there would have been a third.

DeeDee:  I'm going back in two weeks and will look forward to having more then.  Thanks!

Maureen:  It's very dark...this picture doesn't really show it.  I've not found it like this anywhere else.  There was a Chinese restaurant nearby that had it, but they no longer have the machine.

Fernando:  So funny!

Judy:  So much drooling, LOL!

Sharon - I'm guessing the weather is a little warm where you are.  It's been raining here for the past 3 days :(  Have one for me, will ya?

Dies you local ice cream place offers coconut ice cream now? I found another frozen yogurt  place 5 min from my house and they have plain frozen yogurt. I had one today with fresh berries on the top. YUM

John:  I'm having a sort of vacation-like week and loving every minute of it.  Took the boys to visit my parents at the lake on Tuesday, had my beach day (and treats) on Wednesday, and today I had Jack and we enjoyed the cooler, sunny day!

Sally:  It's been sunny and hot until today...today was cooler, in the 70's, but sunny with a beautiful breeze.  Really nice summer weather all week.

Anna:  No, not that I know of.  I buy ice cream bars and ice cream sandwiches and quarts of vanilla made with coconut milk...treats for at home.  I would love to find an ice cream stand that had the healthier options...when I go out (not often) I usually order soft serve.

Good for you!  I took a 2 week vacation from my diet after 8 months and 75 pounds gone.  ICE CREAM was the first thing I headed for!!!!  I'm back in the saddle again, and have lost those few pounds I regained.  Do I regret it?  NO!  A little ice cream is good for the soul, if not for the waistline!

Ha! It sure looks yummie that's for sure.  We women have to indulge ourselves now and again.  Glad you enjoyed it.

Oh its so good to be a little bad sometimes :)  Maybe I can talk Lee into going to the Sweet Tooth and having a banana split for lunch today.

Janna:  I think you were smart to take a break, otherwise you resent the diet and you feel deprived.  A little treat in moderation is a good thing!  Congratulations on the loss...that's quite an impressive accomplishment!

Patricia:  Oh I enjoyed it, and then enjoyed it again!  A little much, but it's not like I do this all the time!

Carol:  I hope you got your banana split lunch....that sounds like fun!
