This Is It! The Most Beautiful Spot In The USA! Part 2
Yesterday I posted Part 1 of Mel's hike with our boys on the Tamanawas Falls Trail on Monday. The trail is located just off Highway 35, 40 miles south of Hood river and five miles north of Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort. The trail follows the east fork of the Hood River, is 2 miles each way and is rated as "easy", as the trail isn't steep and is fairly smooth.
After almost two miles, they finally caught sight of the falls...
