Hi Jusith.  I see Colorado didn't make the list.  Looks like Texas and N.C. dominated.  Great news for you!

Judith--kudos to Charlotte and other cities on the list. Yes, NC & Texas are states on the move while northern cities are struggling.  Weather and business culture are big factors.

Hi Mary, thanks for stopping by and commenting.  Weather and taxes are definitely a factor up north.  I don't miss those cold winters and higher taxes.  Have a great evening.

Judith, great news that Charlotte is on the list.  I've been meaning to visit Charlotte... such a beautiful place.  I was a little surprised to not see Denver on the list or any Colorado cities for that matter.  Interesting list.

I'm coming to visit North Carolina next summer! Can't wait! Just for the record... I am thankful not to see Riverside, Texas on that list. I love living in a small town. Grew up in Dallas! :)))
