While rents very from unit to unit, any of these would command $2,000 or more per month as a vacation rental during the high season of January, February and March - months which are quickly becoming booked up already some six months in advance.
Activity has remained high in Westbrook even at the start of the summer, with 10 homes selling last month to mirror the overall high sales of the Phoenix area.
