CURB APPEAL MATTERS EVEN DURING A DROUGHT!

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with KELLER WILLIAMS

HERE ARE 3 EASY TIPS TO MAKING THE EXTERIOR OF YOUR ATTRACTIVE TO BUYERS EVEN IN A DROUGHT.

1.REPLACE BROWN DRIED MULCH WITH FRESH RED MULCH

THIS ADDS CURB APPEAL AND DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY WATERING

2. USE A RED VASE OR RED DOOR DECORATION ON OR AROUND THE FRONT ENTRANCE WAY

THIS WILL MAKE POTENTIAL BUYERS STOP AND LOOK!

3. MAKE SURE FRONT DOOR HAS BEEN RECENTLY BEEN CLEANED OR FRESHLY PAINTED

THIS IS A EASY FIX THAT SOME TIMES GETS OVER LOOKED BUT FIRST IMPRESSIONS REALLY TO MATTER WHEN SELLING YOUR HOME.

You certainly need curb appeal.  There's so much on the market that people will go right by a nice house if it doesn't get their attention on the outside.
