Just like the Old Song goes...there is no place like Home for the Holidays! Market activity is awakening as many homes buyers have waited until the end of the year to get a better gage on home prices. Curb appeal this time of year is a factor. People tend to decorate a little more, and showcase their homes. Highlighting roof peaks, yard decorations, and railings... the finer features of their homes can be more appealing to potential buyers. This is a great time of year for showings. Buyers can get a sense of "homie-ness" in entire neighborhoods. The season tends to soften buyers. Making it easier for them to envision their own family gatherings in a new setting

Whatever they are looking for, showings this time of the year, are unlike any other time.
From fixer uppers....
To Grand Mansions
NOW is the time to get busy and add that person touch!
Well decorated neighborhoods help YOU sell homes!
Night time curb appeal is a benefit
Now is the time to help your sellers get ready
Be it ever so humble.... there is no place like home!
We as Professionals need to take advantage of the Buyers mentality during the holidays. They are in a buying mode. Work with your sellers, tocreate an atmosphere conducive to them wanting to write an offer! If the house is vacant, invest ina small Christmas tree to showcase a fireplace, hung with stockings. Use your imagination! It has been a long hard year for many Realtors, and sales are showing some sign of improvement. In between preparing for your own special time of the year, remember there are buyers out there! Night driving this time of year is a benefit. The inlfux of out of towners can mean more potential to show properties in your inventory. Tis the season to be jolly... smile, you WILL get it sold!
Season Greetings!
