Corinne:  This has nothing to do with what market I am working in.  This is actionable things that people should be doing in social and digital media and how to tie it all in together to gain a better funnel to draw in clients.

True NYC is much larger than your small town, but again that also has to do with supply and demand.  There are more people wanting to move to NYC than your small town.  But that doesn't change the fact that you still need to grab a piece of that pie.  Yours happens to be much smaller than mine, but less competitive as well.  Pros and cons.

This webinar will teach you how to be effective at grabbing a share of that pie that others are not into yet.  No theory mumbo jumbo but a concrete to do list.

Corinne:  Respectfully I would like to say that your stats are wrong for the number of brokers in NYC.  You cite REALTOR stats.  We do not have Realtors in Manhattan.  Realtor is a maketing term like Kleeniex is for facial tissue.  We are referred to here as brokers.  Even though not everyone has the broker designation from the Dept. of State.  I happen to.

My last brokerage house consisted of 800 agents specializing in the island of Manhattan alone.  This is an island that is under 23 miles in terms of LAND AREA.  Living area is entirely a different story since we have to accommodate for rads, parks, etc.

My current brokerage house has about 400 agents.  Obviously, we are not the only 2 brokerage houses competitng in the island of Manhattan.  So if you think your area is competitive, which it is anywhere and more so in others--  NYC didn't earn its reputation, "If you can make here, you can make it anywhere" for nothing.

Corinne:  I totally understand where you are coming from since I also did real estate in Vegas.  But here in NYC, those rules do not apply.  We don't have NAR here.  We do have a real estate board of NY but that's about it.  So that's why your stats are Realtor stats which is a brand.

Yes, real estate is cut throat everywhere.  So we have to do what we have to do to drive traffic to our personal websites since we don't have teams of people doing that just for us.

So far, the date is set at September 8, 2011.  A Thurs.  I will let you all know more deatils as it starts to firm up.

This is not a theory webinar but an actionable list of stuff to do to drive traffic to your site.  Again, consistency is key.  I have tried and tested these methods that have worked for me in actually seeing the hard numbers.

I love that you are a tough nut to crack!  And rightfully so since our marketing dollars need to be put to good use and maximized.  I am in the same boat as most other real estate slaespeople on AR.  I will be sharing what has been working for me.

Keep you psted!  Enjoy the rest of your weekend too :)
