On July 1 of this year the Bureau of Reclamation declared Lake Nighthorse officially filled to capacity. This reservoir, located just outside the city limits of Durango, will offer wonderful recreational opportunities for residents of Durango. The land all around Lake Nighthorse will be publicly held so it's not a lake where there'll be cabins on the water.
There are several subdivisions close by that will provide easy access in less than 5 minutes. We have several Durango building lots that are near Lake Nighthorse. Team Lorenz currently has 3 individual lots located in the Shenandoah Subdivision which is a project of higher-end homes. Two of the lots are adjacent to each other and have the same owner so a package deal could be put together for that. They are east facing and have a view of the lake from the property.
The two lots are serviced by a deep well (just under 900 feet in depth) with good sweet water. The roads are paved.
