Well Good morning Barbara, thank you, it just so happens that I live right up the street from this house, this is a very good deal of a property, its not some trashed out piece of property that you normally see in foreclosures. Hi Kristine, (Ms. Movie Star) new photo, yes it is sad, but it's also a fact of life unfortunately. I think I'm going to try and do some research or check with NAR regarding discount brokerages...because there have been several homes in my neighborhood where you see a discount brokerage sign on it forever. Would be interested to know how many of those eventually sold or something else? Thanks for your comments.

Believe it or not, with a Market value around 100k +/-, it sold for about .50 cents on the dollar, what a steal. There are some good bargains out there if you know where to look. I knew this was a great deal when I saw it.
